This Website and the Services are reserved for individuals who have reached the age of 18. Therefore, the Data Controller does not collect personal data concerning individuals under the age of 18. Upon request from the Users, the Data Controller will promptly delete any personal data inadvertently collected regarding individuals under 18 years of age.

1. Purposes of Data Processing
The personal data of Users will be processed by Inticom S.p.a. for the following purposes:
a) Contractual obligations and provision of Services:
i. Functionality of the Website: The IT systems and software procedures used for the operation of the Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are data that are not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but which, by their nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of Users. This category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by Users connecting to the Website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the server's response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the operating system and the User's IT environment. The provision of data for the purposes outlined in point 1 is mandatory (for data entered during registration, only the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory). Your data will be processed using electronic or automated tools, IT and telematics means, as well as manual processing with methods strictly related to the purposes for which the personal data were collected, in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.
4. Data Communication, Transfer Abroad, and Dissemination
The processing of your personal data will be carried out by internal personnel of Inticom, who have been designated as data processors or managers.
The collected data, if necessary or instrumental for the execution of the specified purposes, may be processed by third parties, external data processors, including:
- Subsidiaries or affiliated companies within the Inticom group and/or worldwide for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes on behalf of Inticom;
- Companies providing maintenance services for IT systems.
The collected data may also be processed by third parties, independent data controllers, including:
- People, companies, associations, or professional firms providing assistance and consultancy services (lawyers, accountants, auditors, consultants).
Personal data will not be disseminated.
5. Data Retention Period
The data collected for the purposes described in point 1 will be retained until the User requests the cancellation of their registration on the Website. The personal data of Users will be kept for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the primary purposes described in point 1 or, in any case, as long as necessary for the protection of civil interests of both the Users and the Data Controller. Once the retention period has expired, the data will be automatically deleted or anonymized permanently.

Under the Applicable Law, the Data Controller informs the Users that they have the right to obtain the following:
